Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through an app store are generally managed and refunded by that store under its applicable rules. Start the request from the same account used for purchase.
Duplicate or incorrect charges

Service issues
If a paid feature was unavailable or did not complete as described, tell us what happened and include the approximate time. We may provide a retry, credit, or refund where appropriate.
